优质护理服务在产科临床护理实践中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结优质护理服务在产科应用中的体会。方法将完善硬件设施、强化护士培训、成立品管圈小组、弹性工作排班、修订岗位工作流程、一对一陪伴分娩、丰富健康宣教内涵、简化护理表格书写等应用于产科临床实践。结果优质护理服务提高了产科护理服务质量,提升了患者满意度。结论优质护理服务能保障产科护理服务规范化、流程化,确保优质服务的持续性,并大幅度提升患者满意度。Objective To summarize the experiences of high quality nursing service in obstetrics application. Methods The hardware facilities were improved and perfected; the training of nurses was strengthened, the quality circle group and flexible working schedule were established; the post workflow was revised; and one to one accompany childbirth approach was applied; the connotation of health education was improved; the nursing notes about obstetric clinical practice were simplified. Results High quality nursing service upgraded the obstetric nursing quality, the patients＇ satisfactions were promoted. Conclusion High quality nursing service can protect obstetric nursing service standardization, process and ensure continuity of high quality service andimprove patients＇ satisfaction greatly.
