精神科老年病房护理安全风险因素分析及对策

摘　　要：目的对影响精神科老年患者护理安全风险因素进行评估分析,制定相应护理对策,为老年患者提供安全优质的护理服务。方法对精神科老年病房2007—2012年发生的护理安全问题进行回顾性分析。结果影响精神科老年住院患者安全的风险因素主要有:跌倒(摔倒)、坠床、误吸与窒息(噎食)、皮肤损伤(压疮、烫伤)。结论通过对精神科老年病房护理安全风险因素进行分析,提倡风险管理、预见性护理,采取有针对性的护理对策,减少护理纠纷发生,提高护理安全。objective To analyze the risk factors affecting nursing safety of the old patients with psychosis and formulate its corresponding nursing measures in order to provide safe and high quality nursing service for the elderly patients. Methods The nursing problems of psychiatric elderly ward in 2007-2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The risk factors affecting the safety were： falling, falling from bed, aspiration and asphyxia （choke feed）, skin lesions （pressure sores, bums）. Conclusion Through the analysis of the risk factors and promotion the risk management, predictive nursing, we may take the effective nursing countermeasures to reduce nursing disputes and improve the quality of the nursing safety.
