摘 要:目的建立RP—HPLC法测定蜀葵花中槲皮素含量的方法。方法采用CosmosilC-s色谱柱(5μm,250×4.6mm);以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水(32:68)为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为360nm;柱温:30℃。结果槲皮素在2.6~41.6μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率(n=9)为985%,RSD为2.6%。结论所建立的方法准确、快速,操作简便,可用于蜀葵花的质量控制。Objective To determine quercetin from Althaea rosea (Linn.) Cavan by HPLC. Methods The isolation was performed on a Cosmosil C18 column (5pro, 250x4.6mm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water (containing 0.4% phosphate acid) (32:68). The flow rate was 1.0 mLominq and the column temperaturewas set at 30℃. Results This method was successfully applied to determine quercetin from Althaea rosea. The standard curves were linear over the ranges of2.6-41.6 pg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 6); The average recoveries was 98.5% , RSD was 2.6%. Conclusion The method is simple and can be used as a quality control method for Althaea rosea (Linn.) Cavan.
