摘　　要：目的建立RP—HPLC法测定蜀葵花中槲皮素含量的方法。方法采用CosmosilC-s色谱柱（5μm，250×4．6mm）；以乙腈-0．4％磷酸水（32：68）为流动相；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长为360nm；柱温：30℃。结果槲皮素在2．6～41．6μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996），平均加样回收率（n=9）为985％，RSD为2．6％。结论所建立的方法准确、快速，操作简便，可用于蜀葵花的质量控制。Objective To determine quercetin from Althaea rosea （Linn.） Cavan by HPLC. Methods The isolation was performed on a Cosmosil C18 column （5pro, 250x4.6mm） with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water （containing 0.4% phosphate acid） （32：68）. The flow rate was 1.0 mLominq and the column temperaturewas set at 30℃. Results This method was successfully applied to determine quercetin from Althaea rosea. The standard curves were linear over the ranges of2.6-41.6 pg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 6）; The average recoveries was 98.5% , RSD was 2.6%. Conclusion The method is simple and can be used as a quality control method for Althaea rosea （Linn.） Cavan.
