摘 要:科学合理的对农村居民点整理潜力进行测算是开展农村居民点整理工作的前提和依据,本文在对目前国内农村居民点整理潜力测算方法及评价分级进行总结的基础上,以北海市为例,提出了在实地抽样的支撑下,以耕作距离和搬迁距离为指标建立搬迁居民点和中心村选择标准,并在识别出各村庄搬迁居民点和中心村、拟定居民点搬迁最优方案的基础上,将农村居民点整理潜力分为居民点搬迁、还建与中心村安置两大部分,分别进行潜力测算,最后对结果进行评价分级。为当地农村居民点整理工作以及土地利用规划的实施提供现实依据和实践参考。Calculating the potentiality of rural residential land consolidation scientifically is the basis to carry out the work of rural residential consolidation. By summarizing previous calculation method of valuation and classification , in support of field sampling, This paper take Beihai City as an example to establish standard of the moving settlement indicators and central village selection criteria by Plant and Moving distance. Based on identifing the village relocation settlement and central village, formulateing the optimal solution for residential relocation. The potentiality of rural residential land consolidation can be divided into residential relocation and building and central village placement two parts, respectively for the potential calculation. Finally the results will be evaluated and classified. This results provided realistic basis and practical reference for the rural residential land consolidation work and land use planning implementation.
