地下盐水处理后用于河蟹人工育苗的研究

摘　　要：在没有海水可以利用的地区 ,地下盐水经处理后可用于河蟹人工育苗。实验结果显示 ,育苗水体中钾离子严重缺乏会导致河蟹 期氵蚤状幼体的死亡。钙含量偏高 ,钙镁比失调的水质环境会影响各期氵蚤状幼体的变态、成活和生长发育。The treated underground brine can be used for artificial seedling rearing of Chinese mitten handed crab where no seawater is available. The result of seedling rearing experiment indicated that the seeding water seriously lack of K + would result in the death of zoeas of the first stage, and the water with high content of Ca 2+ , causing imbalance of the ratios of Ca 2+ to Mg 2+ , would influence the metamorphsis, survival, growth and development of zoeas at all stages .
