摘　　要：报道了一种钯催化下碳酸银作为氧化剂的吲哚嗪芳基化的新方法。该方法使用易得的苯硼酸,可以高收率地选择性在吲哚嗪的C-3位发生芳基化反应,而且底物适用性广,官能团耐受性好。A new method of Pd-catalyzed direct arylation of indolizines with arylboronic acids employing Ag2 CO3 as the oxidant has been established. The approach can provide an efficient access to diverse @3 arylated indolizines with high yields, wide sub- strate scope and excellent functional group tolerance.
