摘  要:深部综采放顶煤工作面随着开采深度的不断加深,出现矿压显现加剧、冲击地压危险性增加、瓦斯压力增高、煤与瓦斯突出危险严重等问题,介绍了7449综放工作面的回撤工艺,该工作面埋藏深、压力大,回撤通道的顶板支护采用锚梁网索配合工字钢和单体联合支护方式,在保证设备回撤空间的前提下,加大对顶板的支护要求,实现了设备的安全快速回撤,对其它矿井的深部放顶煤综采工作面回撤具有一定的借鉴意义。With mining depth deepening, deep mechanized caving mining face appeared with mine pressure behavior intensifies, increased risk of rock burst, gas pressure increasing, coal and gas outburst serious problems. The 7449 fmechanized caving; removal retracement; network expansion shed; anchor beam and cableully mechanized caving retracement of the craft face was introduced, the face with deep pressure, retracement channel anchor beam roof support, using network cable tie beam and monomer combination support, which ensured that equipment retraeement of the space under the premise of increasing the roof support required. The technology achieved a quick retracement of the safety equipment on the other deep mine caving retracement and had a certain significance for other mechanized mining face.
