经颅彩色多普勒检测复视62例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经颅彩色多普勒（TCD）对复视的临床应用价值。方法对62例双眼复视患者进行TCD检查。结果复视患者与同龄段人群的正常血流速之间差异具有统计学意义。复视患者〈40岁右侧大脑中动脉、双侧大脑前动脉、双侧大脑后动脉血流速度低于对照组（P〈0．001），40～60岁左侧大脑前动脉、右侧大脑后动脉血流速度低于对照组（P〈0．001），〉60岁双侧大脑中动脉、双侧颈内动脉终末端、双侧大脑前动脉血流速度低于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论采用TCD评价复视患者脑血管病变对临床有一定意义。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of TCD for diplopia patients. Methods Sixty- two diplopia patients were arranged to take TCD examination. Results The comparation between diplopia patients and health persons who were the same age with the patients, diplopia patients showed different blood flow rate. In offside middle cerebral artery, bilateral anterior cerebral artery and bilateral posterior cerebral artery, the blood flow rate of diplopia patients who were younger than forty yearswas inferior than control group（P〈0. 001）. The patients who aged 40 to 60 years, the blood flow rate of leftside anterior cerebral artery and offside posterior cerebral artery were inferior to the control group（P〈0. 001）. The patients who aged over than 60 years, the blood flow rate of bilateral middle cerebral artery, bilateral middle cerebral artery, the bottom of bilateral internal carotid artery and bilateral anterior cerebral artery were also inferior to the control group（P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Estimating the lesion of brain blood vessel for diplopia patients with TCD is certain clinical significance.
