摘　　要：目的:了解莘庄地区老年人的家庭护理需求,为更好地开展老年社区卫生服务提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的家庭护理调查表,由经过培训的调查员进行评估。结果:74.4%的老年人有不同程度的家庭护理服务需求,依次为血压监测、抽血化验、健康教育、静脉输液和各种康复锻炼。结论:老年人存在家庭护理需求,社区卫生服务中心应该有针对性的提供相关服务。Objective： To learn the requirement of elderly home care in Xinzhuang area to provide the basis for developing elderly community health service better. Methods： A questionnaire about home care was self-designed and investigated by the trained investigators. Results： About seventy-four percents elderly had different home care service requirements which were blood pressure monitoring, blood tests, health education, transfusion, and various kinds of rehabilitation exercises. Conclusion： The elderly need home care, so the community health service centers should provide the related services targeted.
