排队论在银行智能排队管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了解决银行排队难问题,提高银行排队效率,提出了将排队论用于银行只能排队管理中,本文采用可变输入率的排队论算法完整银行排队过程。首先对原始排队论算法进行了详细介绍,考虑到原始排队论的输入条件是恒定的情况,这与银行客户的到访实际情况有一定的差异,提出了可变输入率的排队方法,最后进行实例仿真,将可变输入率的排队论算法应用于银行智能排队系统中,具有一定的帮助作用。In order to solve the difficult problem of line up in the bank, improve the efficiency of bank queuing, the paper proposes to put the queuing theory in banks intelligent queuing management, this paper uses the queuing algorithm of variable input rate to complete the bank queuing process. First of all, it introduces the original queuing algorithm in detail, considering the situation that the original queuing theory’s input conditions might be constant, this has certain differences with the customer＇s visit practice, thus the variable input rate has been proposed in this method, finally carries out the example simulation, applies the queuing theory algorithm of variable input rate into the bank’s intelligent queuing system, which has certain assist effect.
