摘 要:以TI公司的OMAP-L138芯片为核心设计了一类激光打标系统,对精确打标位置进行了控制。硬件方面,以FPGA为辅助处理器,配合彩色触摸屏的控制芯片和以太网接口等。为了确定精确的打标位置,分别采用16位的高精度A/D转换器和D/A转换器。而对一些特定的敏感环境因素检测,如温度、湿度,采用了低速的12位A/D。软件方面,通过对各个模块的具体功能进行软件测试校验,并对以太网口和触摸屏界面进行了设计和调试。结果表明,该打标系统能够精确控制打标移动轴的位置和激光器强度,并且具有人机交互界面友好、低功耗、抗干扰等特点。The paper introduces the design of a laser marking system with TI Company's OMAP-L138 as the core chip, to control accurate marking position. In hardware, use FPGA additionally, with color touch screen control chip and Ethernet interface. In order to get marking position exactly, 16-bit high-precision A/D converter and a 16-bit D/A converter is selected, and taking into account environmental measurement, such as temperature and humidity, a 12-bit low speed A/D converter is selected to avoid high-frequency data collection. The man-machine interface uses color touch screen. In software, checking the function of each module, the Ethernet port and touch screen interface design has been debugged. The results show that the marking system control the position of the moving shaft and the intensity of laser precisely, friendly human-machine interface, low power consumption and anti-interface etc.
