摘　　要：目的:分析再生障碍性贫血的卫生经济学趋势,评价临床诊治水平和管理水平的提升趋势。方法:根据严格的纳入、排除条件,检索符合单一病种、成本、效果资料完整的病人资料,分别以住院总费用、输血费、西药费、中药费作为成本,以血常规四大指标作为效果指标进行成本-效果分析。结果:提升单位RBC、Hb、WBC、PLT所花费的住院总费用、输血费、西药费和中药费逐年降低。结论:再生障碍性贫血中医诊疗的成效优势逐年提高。Objective： To analyze the trend of health economies of aplastic anemia, evaluate the trend evaluation of clinical diagnosis and management level. Methods： According to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, to examine the data with complete information of single disease, cost and effect. The total cost of hospitalization, blood transfusion fee, western medicine fee and traditional Chinese medicine fee are set as the cost, the 4 indexes of blood routione examination are used as the index of cost-effectiveness analysis. Results： To lift the total cost of hospitalization, blood transfusion fees, western medicine fees and Chinese medicine fees cost by unit RBC, Hb, WBC and PLT reduced by years. Conclusion： The advantages of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment effect on aplastic anemia improved by years.
