摘 要:利用轻质骨料—玻化微珠,制备出玻化微珠保温砂浆,研究了粉煤灰对其流动度、湿表观密度、干表观密度、抗压强度、导热系数、吸水率的影响规律,并与普通砂浆进行了比较。结果表明,玻化微珠保温砂浆的流动度和导热系数先增大后降低,而湿表观密度、干表观密度、抗压强度和体积吸水率均先降低后增大;且本实验条件下,粉煤灰掺量在10%左右时,玻化微珠保温砂浆较普通砂浆好的性能要好。Using of lightweight aggregate-vitrified microsphere, we developed a novel type of vitrified microsphere insulation mortar, the influence of fly ash on fluidity, wet apparent density, dry apparent den- sity, compressive strength, water absorption rate and thermal conductivity of the thermal insulating mortar was investigated, and compared with that of normal mortar. The results show that : thermal insulating mor- tar' s fluidity and thermal conductivity first increased and then decreased. However wet apparent density, dry apparent density, compressive strength and water absorption of volume were all declined first and then rised, and under this experimental condition, for thermal insulating mortar blended with vitrified micro- sphere, the properties were better than normal mortar for incorporating with about 10% fly ash.
