摘 要:预制高强混凝土方桩,是在传统预制钢筋混凝土方桩的基础上发展起来的一种新型预制桩。目前传统预制钢筋混凝土方桩钢筋骨架在国内极少采用自动滚焊成型,有必要对现有技术中预制桩身及其制作方法进行改进。基于此,本文对预制方桩钢筋骨架的特点以及生产过程中遇到的实际问题进行研究,提出了一种预制高强混凝土方桩钢筋骨架生产工艺。结果表明:预制高强混凝土方桩钢筋骨架可采用机械滚焊成型,实现自动化生产,能够节省箍筋用量,技术先进,质量可靠,生产效率高。Prefabricated high strength concrete sqnare-pile is a new type of precast pile that devel- oped on the basis of traditional prefabricated reinforced concrete pile. It' s necessary to carry out the im- provement in manufacture method because automatic seam welding is rarely used in reinforcement cage forming process of traditional prefabricated concrete square-pile in domestic currently. Based on it, char- aeteristics and practical problems in production process of prefabricated square-pile reinforcement cage are studied, a new process is presented and related mechanical equipment and processing method are re- searched independently in this paper. The results show that mechanical seam welding can be used in re- inforcement cage forming process of prefabricated high strength concrete square-pile, aiming to realizing production automation, reducing stirrup dosage, improving technology, ensuring quality and increasing productivity.
