摘  要:超声波管道内检测技术以其检测速度快、可靠、准确且不需要剥离管道外包层等优点成为管道无损检测的重要方法。国外超声波管道检测技术已有几十年的发展历史,并形成了管道内检测系列产品,但国内在该方面的研究仍处于探索阶段。相比于其他无损检测方法,超声波检测技术在检测精度和准确度上具有优势,是管道内检测的研究热点。分析了超声波检测的基本原理,介绍了国内外超声波检测技术的研究现状和最新研究进展,概述了现阶段国外较先进的超声波管道检测器的技术指标和产品的性能、特点。指出了超声波管道检测技术未来发展方向,可为我国超声波管道内检测技术的研究提供参考和借鉴。(图3,表3,参21)。Being fast, reliable, accurate, and needless to strip the outer coating of pipeline, the ultrasonic internal inspection technology has become an important means for pipeline non-destructive testing. Ultrasonic pipeline inspection technology abroad has undergone several decades' development and put into a series of products. However, the corresponding research in China is still in initial stage. Compared with other non-destructive testing methods, ultrasonic inspection technology has advantages in detection precision and accuracy, and is a research hotspot in pipeline internal inspection. This paper analyzes the basic principle of ultrasonic inspection, introduces the existing research situation and the latest research at home and abroad, reviews the technical indexes and performance and characteristics of advanced ultrasonic detectors abroad at present. In addition, the developing direction of ultrasonic inspection technology in the future is pointed out, which can provide a reference to the inland research of ultrasonic internal inspection technology.
