摘　　要：工业车辆产品生产具有批量、多品种小批量及单件等多种方式并存的生产特征,我国工业车辆制造业与国外同行业相比,在流线化生产水平上具有较大差距。本文联系我国工业车辆制造业的生产特点及行业现状,根据多年的实践,对流线化生产线布局方案进行了系统总结、分析与研究,从技术角度提出了若干设计建议。结合理论及案例,简要分析了流线化设计与运行的相关要素的关系。There are various characteristics in production of industrial vehicles such as batch production, multiple va- rieties small - batch production, and one - piece production, etc. Compared to same industries abroad, the streamline pro- duction level in domestic industrial vehicle manufacture has a great disparity. The paper describes the system summary, a- nalysis, and research for streamline production line layout schemes according to the production characteristics and industrial situations of domestic industrial vehicle manufacturing, and years of practice, with various design suggestions from technol- ogy point of view. in addition, the paper briefly analyzes the relationship between streamline design and related operation elements.
