摘　　要：为满足某些特殊场所不能进行彻底除锈的需求,以低黏度环氧树脂、自制的改性环氧树脂和具有特殊结构的固化剂为成膜物,选择合适的防锈颜填料、溶剂、助剂,制备了一种能够在含有少量锈、水(湿气)、油的基材表面上使用的长效防腐涂料。对涂层性能进行了测试,分析了涂料性能的影响因素,结果显示:所研制的涂料不仅能够直接在带锈带湿带油的基材表面上进行良好的施工,而且具有长效的防腐性能。A long-life anticorrosive coating, which can be painted on the surfaces contai- ning a small amount of rust, water （moisture） and oil, has been developed to meet the de- mand that rust should not be removed completely on surfaces. The coating was formulated by low viscosity epoxy resin, self- made modified epoxy resin, curing agent with special structure, anticorrosive pigments and fillers, solvents and additives. The performances of the coating were tested and factors affecting the performances of the coating were analyzed. The test results showed the coating could not only be applied on the surface with rust, water and oil, but also provided long-term corrosion resistance.
