摘 要:用环氧树脂、丙烯酸、自制的甲苯二异氰酸酯预聚物以及聚乙二醇合成了2种改性环氧丙烯酸酯TDI-1和PEG-1。物理混合2种改性EA得到光-热双重固化的改性环氧丙烯酸树脂。通过红外光谱表征了改性前后官能团的变化情况,分析了这2种改性环氧丙烯酸树脂(TDI-1和PEG-1)通过物理混合的UV-热双重固化涂料的性能变化情况。测试结果表明,TDI-1和PEG-12种改性环氧丙烯酸树脂混合使用时比单独使用时涂膜的性能更好。所研制的低黏度柔性UV-热双重固化涂料适合于不耐热、不规则的纸张、木器、塑料、汽车零部件等的双重固化涂装。Two UV-thermal dual-curing resins with excellent flexibility and low viscosity have been prepared by using epoxy, acrylic acid, as well as homemade toluene diisocyanate prepolymer ( TD1-1 ) and polyethylene glycol modified epoxy acrylate ( PEG- 1 ) respectively. The functional groups of the resins before and after modification were analyzed and investigated by FT-IR. The properties of the UV-thermal dual-cured coatings prepared by physical blend- ing of the two modified resins (TDI-1 and PEG-1 modified) were tested according to the na- tional standards. The results showed that the coatings performance when blended resin was used was better than that of the coatings where only one resin was used alone. The developed low viscosity UV-thermal dual curing coatings are suitable for the finishing of irregular and less heat resistant goods such as paper, wood wares, plastics and auto parts.
