摘 要:在Φ1 000 mm的有机玻璃塔中,采用空气-氧-水物系对LPT-2型单喷头式液体分布器的流体力学性能和传质性能进行研究.结果表明:在液体流量1.0~5.0 m3/h、气体流量2 000~10 000 m3/h的条件下,LPT-2型液体分布器的压降为40~120 Palm,仅为高效规整干填料压降的15%左右;雾沫夹带分率为0.2%~2.4%,仅为GXD型复式导流浮阀塔板的24%左右;等板高度为0.10~0.25 m,与泡沫碳化硅波纹、丝网波纹等高效填料相比,在低液体流量下,传质效果接近;在高液体流量下,LPT-2型液体分布器的传质效率提高50%左右.The hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of LPT-2 type single spray head liquid distributor in the air-O2-H2O system was studied by an organic glass tower (φ1 000 mm) device. Re- sults show that its pressure drop is between 40--120 Pa/m, only 15% of the dry packing pressure drop of the high efficiency packing at liquid flow volume between 1.0--5.0 ma/h and gas flow volume be- tween 2 000--10 000 ma/h; its entrainment percent is between 0. 2%--2. 4%, only 24% of that of the GXD type float valve; the height equivalent of theoretical plate (HETP) of the LPT-2 is between 0. 10--0.25 m. The mass transfer performance is very close to high efficiency packing at the lower liquid flow volume, but about 50% higher than that of the high efficiency packing at the higher liquid flow vol- ume. LPT-2 type liquid distributor can take the place of the high efficiency packing to work for its better hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance.
