摘　　要：虽然受到网络和电子办公技术快速发展的冲击。但随着大批落后低档未涂布书写印刷纸产能的逐步淘汰，高档产品在未来一个时期还是会有一定的发展空间．但发展步伐会逐步降速。结构调整是今后发展的主旋律。淘汰落后产能的实施效果决定着高档未涂布书写印刷纸今后几年的发展速度。Li Yao, the chief engineer of China Light Industry International Engineering Co., Ltd., thinks that although paper industry is facing with the impact of internet and the development of digital technology, but with the elimination of the backward and low-end uncoated writing and printing capacity, high-end product will have development room in the near futhure, but the growth speed will slow down. Structure adjustment will be the theme in the futhure. The implementation of elimination of backward capacity will determine the growth of uncoated writing and printing paper in the nest few years.
