摘 要:涂布彩色喷墨打印纸的涂层对印刷质量起着决定性作用,涂层结构的优化直接影响涂布纸喷墨打印质量。由于彩色喷墨打印纸所使用的涂布方式不同,最终涂层的结构也不相同。在本次实验中,选择辊式涂布和刮刀涂布两种涂布方式,涂布后经温度80℃、压力3MPa的压光处理,测定其物理性能和喷墨打印性能。实验得出:使用辊式涂布,要根据不同的要求选择不同的涂布条件,本实验中在计量棒压力为40N时取得了较好的效果;使用刮刀涂布,在相同条件下刮刀压力和角度越小,彩喷纸的性能越好,本实验在刮刀压力为10N、角度为30°时得到效果最好。两种涂布方式相比较而言刮刀涂布的更细致,参数设置的更加细化,但辊式涂布的操作更方便,数据处理更加简单,在实际操作中要视情况选择不同的涂布方式。The coating of color printing paper plays a decisive role to the printing quality, optimization of the coating structure directly affects the quality of coated ink jet printing paper. Paper coating structure is not same because different coating methods used for the color inkjet printing paper. In this experinaent, two kinds of coating methods: roll coating and blade coating. The physical properties of paper and laser printing performance were investigated after the temperature of 80℃, the pressure 3MPa pressing process. Experiments show that: using the roller coating according to different requirements to choose different coating conditions.When the pressure is 40N achieved good results in this experiment; use of the blade coating, blade pressure and angle smaller, the better the performance of color ink-jet printing paper. Set the blade at 10N pressure. angle of 30 o obtain the best effect in this experiment. Compare the two coating methods, the blade coating is more delicate, more refined set of parameters, but the roll coating operation more convenient, easier data processing. So it's depending on the situation to choose coating method in actual operation.
