摘  要:测控装备通常放置在不同的地域,一旦在试验过程中出现故障,一般采用专家亲赴现场的方式进行维修。针对这一问题,提出了一种测控装备检测点信息的远程传输模型。分别采用数据绑定的方式和远程面板技术实现系统配置信息的传输和实时波形信息的采集;利用数据抽取法来压缩原始测试数据,降低网络带宽的占用率。同时基于远程传输模型开发了远程故障诊断系统。该系统可实现对测控装备故障的精确定位,检测点信息的网络响应时间在2 s之内,故障的误报率和漏报率均小于1%。Generally, the measurement and control equipment is placed in different area, once fault oceurs in experimental process; experts are requested to go to the site for maintenance. Aiming at this situation, the remote transmission model for information of the detection points of the measurement and control equipment is proposed. The information of system configuration is transferred by adopting data binding technology ; the iIfformation of real time waveform is collected with remote panel technology, and the original test data are compressed by using data extraction method to reduce the occupancy of network bandwidth. The remote fault diagnosis system is developed based on remote transmission model to implement precisely positioning of the faults of measurement and control equipment, the network response time of the information about detection points is less than 2 s, the error report rate and the missing report rate are less than 1%.
