摘  要:目的探讨男性公安干警的脉搏波传导速度(PWV)及其与心血管危险因素的关系。方法常规体检的男性公安干警573例(干警组)及男性非公安干警573例(对照组),对比两组PWV、体重指数(BMI)、血压及血脂、血糖、吸烟情况。结果干警组BMI增大、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病和吸烟者比例均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),PWV增快程度高于对照组(P<0.05),<50岁、≥50岁者PWV值均明显大于对照组(P<0.05),体重正常、超重、肥胖者PWV值均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论公安干警的PWV增快程度较高,这与其心血管危险因素有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse wave velocity ( PWV) and cardiovascular risk factors among male public security officers .Methods Five hundred and seventy-three male public security officers (policemen group) and 573 men who were not public security officers (control group) were enrolled in the study.They all underwent the routine medical examination .A comparison of PWV,body mass index (BMI),blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar and smoking was conducted between two groups .Results The detection rates of increased BMI , high blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,smoking in the policemen group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P〈0 .05 ) .The increase of PWV in the policemen group was significantly higher that in the control group(P〈0.05),PWV value of the policemen younger than 50 years old or aged 50 years old and older in the policemen group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P〈0.05) .PWV value of policemen with normal weight,overweight and obesity in the policemen group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion A significant increase of PWV can be found in the public security officers , which is related with their cardiovascular risk factors .
