摘　　要：德清县有线电视数字化已于2011年完成,但是农村广播一直是模拟传输的方式,在当前新的历史时期,农村广播被赋予新的内涵,IP广播的建设不仅延续了传统广播的优势,而且也满足了特定的功能需求,为广播的发展注入新的活力。While digital cable TV has been established since 2011 in Deqing County, analog broadcasting is still in use its rural areas. A new intelligent way should be applied to rural broadcast in the near future. The construction of IP broadcasting, which not only takes the advantage of the traditional way, but also meets the specific functional requirements, is injecting new vitality into the development of broadcasting.
