摘  要:对普通小麦近缘野生种新疆大赖草 ( Leymus racemosus ( Lam.) Tzvel.)的农艺性状、品质性状和抗性进行的鉴定观察 ,以及与普通小麦 ( T.Aestivum L.)进行的杂交试验表明 ,新疆大赖草表现为茎粗抗倒 ,穗大 ,粒多 ,植株高大 ,叶片蜡质化 ;蛋白质含量为 1 8.3% ,1 7种氨基酸平均比普通小麦品种高出 2 8.96%。它对干旱、盐碱、寒冷、瘠薄等非生物胁迫具较高耐性 ,并对白粉病、锈病、根腐病、黄矮病、赤霉病等真菌、细菌和病毒病害抗性良好 ;The agronomical characters, quality and resistances of wheat [wild relative species Leymus racemosus (Lam.)] had been studied and crossed with Triticum aestivum L. The results showed that Leymus racemosus (Lam.) was resistant to lodging with stiff in straw, and with large spike,more grains,high strong plant and cutin waxizational leaves. Its seeds protein content was 18.3%, and the average of 17 amino acids contents was 28.96% higher than that of common wheat. It was highly tolerant to abiotic force such as drought, salt, low temperature and barren etc., and well resistant to fungi,bacteria and virus diseases such as powdery mildew, rust, root rot, yellow dwarf and gibberellic disease etc. and never bee parasitized with aphis. It was the most difficult to get hybrid by crossing Leymus racemosus (Lam.) with Triticum aestivum L.
