摘　　要：目的构建海勤中高级干部健康评价指标体系。方法通过对相关文献的分析和研究,筛选出海勤中高级干部的健康评价指标,然后进行专家咨询,最终确立海勤中高级干部健康评价指标体系。结果海勤中高级干部健康评价指标体系包括生理健康指标、心理健康指标、社会健康指标、行为健康指标和体能健康指标。结论海勤人员健康评价指标体系的初步形成,规范了海勤中高级干部健康评价工作。为制定相关卫生政策、采取疾病预防控制措施提供了科学依据和基础数据。Objective To establish the evaluation indexes system of health of senior cadres in shipboard. Methods Using reference scanning and specialist counsel, we established a series of evaluation indexes for senior cadres shipboard personnel health. Results The evaluation indexes for senior cadres shipboard personnel health con- sisted of 6 sorts of indexes： physical health indexes, mental health indexes, social health indexes, behavior health in- dexes, stamina health indexes. Conclusion The evaluation indexes system of health in shipboard personnel is a stan- dard for health evaluation, which provides a scientific basis and basic data for health policy, disease prevention and control measures.
