彩色多普勒超声心动图在高血压性心脏病早期监测和控制中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图(CDE)在高血压性心脏病(HHD)早期监测和控制中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析86例早期HHD患者与同期体检的100例正常人的超声检查资料,包括左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心房内径(LAD)和峰值速度比率(E/A)。根据血压的控制情况,早期HHD患者被细分为控制组(49例)和未控制组(37例)。结果早期HHD患者与正常体检者在E/A上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复检时,血压控制组患者各参数与其初诊时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血压未控制组患者LAD、E/A与其初诊时存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 HHD患者的超声心动图有一定影像学特征,CDE可作为监测HHD迁延发展及控制效果评价的重要手段。Objective To explore the value of color doppler echocardiography （CDE） in monitoring and control of early-stage hypertensive heart disease （HHD）.Methods Eighty-six patients with HHD were compared with 100 healthy people.Data were analyzed retrospectively,including LVDd,IVS,LVPW,LVEE LAD and E/A.According to the control level of blood pressure,the early-stage HHD patients were divided into control group （n=49） and non-control group （n=37）.Results The difference of E/V between the early-stage HHD patients and the healthy people was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Each parameter between the first check and the double check of the blood pressure control group did not have a statistically significant difference; however,LAD and E/A were statistically significant as to the blood pressure non-control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion There were some imaging features in CDE of early-stage HHD patients.CDE can be an important methods to monitor the development and evaluate the control effect.
