摘 要:秋延迟大棚温光因子随时间推移逐渐降低 ,1 1月中旬以后的低温是蔬菜光合作用的主要限制因子。番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜、西葫芦等的 Pn、CE、AQY均呈明显日变化 ,上午 Pn、CE随 PFD的升高而增加 ,AQY随 PF D的升高而减小 ;下午 Pn和 CE减小 ,AQY增加。5种蔬菜比较 ,辣椒的 Pn、CE、AQY较高 ,对低温适应能力较强 ,其次是西葫芦、番茄和茄子 ;黄瓜 Pn、CE和 AQY最低 。The test indicated that the temperature and photon flux density of Autumn green house decreased gradually as time went on.The lower temperature after middle November became the major limitation of photosynthesis.The pnotosynthetic rate( Pn ),Carboxylation efficiency( CE ) and apparent quantum efficiency ( AQY ) of tomato,egg plant, hot pepper, summer squash and cucumber in autumn greehouse showed obviously diurnal variation. Pn and CE increased with PFD in the morning, and decreased in the aflernoon,but AQY decreased with PFD in the morning and increased in the afternoon.Camparing among the five vegetables, hot pepper had the highest Pn,CE and AQY ,it had strong power to adjust low temperature while the summer squash,tomato and eggplant, cucumber had the lowest Pn,CE and AQY ,it′s power to adjust lower temperature was weakest.
