摘 要:一些传统抗生素随着超级细菌的出现将面临着被淘汰的风险,而抗菌肽因其抗菌谱广、作用机制独特和不易导致耐药性等优点,有望成为理想的抗生素替代药物。近年来,随着肽自组装纳米技术的迅速发展,已有多种新型自组装纳米抗菌肽相继被设计和制备出来,并具有显著的体内外抗菌活性,展示出其作为新型安全高效抗菌药物的独特优势。新型自组装纳米抗菌肽药物的设计与研究正成为当前国际前沿热点,本文就新型自组装纳米抗菌肽及抗菌肽药物临床试验的国内外研究进展作了综述。With the emergence of multi-drug-resistant bacterium e.g.superbugs,some of the traditional antibiotics will be faced with the risk of being eliminated.Meanwhile,it is reported that antimicrobial peptides have the potential of ideal alternative to antibiotic drugs because of its distinctive features such as broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities,unique action mechanisms and not easy to generate resistance.In recent years,with the rapid development of peptide self-assembling nanotechnology,some novel self-assembling nano-antimicrobial peptides have been designed and fabricated.Together with excellent antimicrobial activities in vivo and in vitro,they have shown distinctive advantages as safe and effective antimicrobial agents.The design and research of novel self-assembled nano-antimicrobial peptides have become an international hotspot and frontier.In this article,the progress in novel self-assembling nano-antimicrobial peptides was reviewed.Besides,clinical trials of antimicrobial peptide drugs were also summarized.
