摘　　要：目前我国农村文化建设有陷入疲软和村风村俗日趋没落困境的表现。文章从中国农村实际出发,分析得出农村空心化、农村文化贫瘠、乡土文化边缘化等成为当前我国农村文化建设所面临的主要困局。我国农村文化建设的落后,逐步导致农村生产力下降、阻碍农村稳定以及新农村的建设。落后的生存和教育现状、大众传媒的误导、城乡发展不平衡等,都是造成农村文化建设落后的直接和深层原因。要解决上述问题,各级政府应从长远的战略高度认识农村文化建设,逐步破除城乡二元体制障碍、以实现城乡共荣为目标,重视和加强教育、严格文化发展考核机制,并借鉴发达国家经验,使我国农村真正走向乡村文明。At present, rural culture construction in our country has been caught in a weak and sinking predica- ment, with the rural ethos and customs declining gradually. Starting from the rural reality, the paper analyzed the major dilemma in rural culture construction, including rural hollowing out, rural culture poverty and marginalization. The poor rural cultural construction in our country has led to a decline in rural productivity gradually and hindered the rural stability and construction of new countryside. The backwardness in livelihood and education, the misleading of mass media and the imbalance between urban and rural areas are the direct and underlying reasons for the laggard development of rural culture. To solve the problems mentioned above, governments at all levels should attach impor- tance to rural cultural construction from a long-term and strategic point of view, break down the barriers in urban - rural dualism, value, strengthen education, enhance assessment mechanism of cultural development strictly, aiming at the goal of achieving co-prosperity between urban and rural areas. And we should also adopt the experience of de- veloped countries in order to make a civilized countryside.
