提高三釜PET装置反应均匀性的对策

摘　　要：概括了影响PET反应均匀性的主要因素,指出PET生产中反应的均匀性是影响熔体品质的重要因素。通过分析杜邦三釜PET装置及其工艺的特点,提出提高三釜PET装置反应的均匀性的对策,可以从合理分配各釜反应程度,以控制进入终聚釜的物料黏度;控制物料流量平稳,同时避免超负荷运行;控制终聚釜搅拌转速及终聚釜进、出口的液位等几方面考虑。The coke formed in the CDP melt pipe blocks the pipe, leading to the reduce of the service life has been giv- en more attention in the polyester industry. In this paper, the composition analysis and forming reasons of the coke were inferred combination with PET production technological process,some mechanisms of chemical reaction and XRF.
