摘　　要：地方党政关系研究是现代政治研究的一个重要内容。对于中国社会而言,探析地方层级党政关系的历史状态及其演进,揭示其客观引发的历史思索和现实价值具有重要意义。综合运用历史学、政治学等相关学科的研究方法,对民国时期江苏地方党政关系进行了较为全面的历史观照,企望能够还原当时的历史图景,为后发国家的地方党政关系模式的选择与建构提供一定的理论思考。Local party-government relationship has become an important content of modern political studies. For the Chinese community, it has the important significance on analyzing the historical status and evolu- tion of local level party-government relationship, and revealing the historical thinking and reality value. The paper uses history, political science and other related disciplines research methods, makes a comprehensive historical research on Jiangsu＇s local party-government relationship, hopes to restore the historical picture and to offer theoretical reflection on the choice and construction of local party- government relationship model for developing countries.
