摘　　要：目的观察ADAMTS-7在肺动脉高压患者肺组织中的表达情况。方法取肺动脉高压患者肺组织20例(病例组),肺动脉压力正常患者肺组织20例(对照组)。两组肺组织切片用免疫组化法观察肺中的ADAMTS-7的表达情况,肺组织提取RNA行RT-PCR对ADAMTS-7表达量进行半定量分析。结果病例组肺组织中的ADAMTS-7表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺动脉高压患者肺组织中ADAMTS-7表达明显增多。Objective To observed the expression of ADAMTS-7 in lung tissues of patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 20 patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension were selected as the case group and 20 pa- tients without pulmonary arterial were taken as the control group. Their lung tissue was taken to observe the expres- sion of ADAMTS-7 by immunohistochemistry and was given semi-quantitative analysis by RT-PCR. Results The ex- pression of ADAMTS-7 increased more significantly in the case group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion The expression of ADAMTS-7 in lung tissues of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension increases obviously.
