摘　　要：分析近年来国外疏浚承包商所面对的市场压力,如各种环境保护法规条例愈加严格,施工成本逐年上涨,施工难度不断加大等因素。简要介绍随着环保意识的增强,疏浚承包商工程理念的转变和工程中采用的疏浚新方法。The market pressures that foreign dredging contractors are now facing are analyzed, which include more stringent regulations and rules of environment protection, increasing construction cost and difficulties during construction. The paper briefly describes that, with the increased consciousness of environment protection, dredging contractors change their engi- neering conception and adopt new dredging methods.
