摘 要:用聚合氯化铝与鸡粪生物炭联合强化处理染液废水,探讨了聚合氯化铝投加量、pH值、搅拌速度、反应时间、鸡粪生物炭投加量等因素对废水中的有机物去除率的影响。结果表明,聚合氯化铝与鸡粪联合处理印染废水,不仅可"以废治废",而且效果比单独使用更好。其优化工艺条件为:聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量400 mg/L,pH值为8,搅拌速度80 r/min,鸡粪生物炭投加量为6 g/L,反应时间60 min,在此优化条件下,COD Cr的去除可达90%以上,脱色率为95%以上。Treating dye wastewater by polyaluminum chloride and biochar derived from chicken manure. It analysis the relationship between degradation efficiencies and those factors such as the dosage of polyaluminum chloride,pH,mixing speed,responding time,the dosage of biochar derived from chicken manure. The results indicate that polyaluminum chloride and biochar derived from chicken manure not only treatment efficiency is better but also treatment of wastes with processes of wastes decompose. The optimum process condition are as follows: the dosage of polyaluminum chloride is 400 mg/L,the pH is 8,mixing speed is 80 r/min,the dosage of biochar derived from chicken manure is 6 g/L,responding 60 min,the percentage of taking off color can be over 95% and the reduction in CODCr is over 90%.
