摘　　要：以邻溴苯胺和1-叔丁基氧羰基-氮杂环丁烷-3-甲酸为原料,经酸胺缩合反应、加保护基、α-芳基化、脱保护基四步反应,以总收率50.5%合成螺吲哚结构1-叔丁基氧羰基-2'-氧-螺-[氮杂环丁烷-3,3'-二氢吲哚]。该方法操作简便且具有通用性,可用来合成吲哚螺哌啶、吲哚螺四氢吡咯等化合物。Tert-butyl-2＇-oxospiro[azetidine-3,3＇-indoline]-1-carboxylate was synthesized from 2-bromaniline and 1-（tert-butoxycarbonyl）-3-azetidinecarboxylic acid as the raw materials by acid amine condensation,reaction group-protecting,α-arylation,deprotection in 50. 5% total yield. Particularly,the method is simple in operation,high versatility and can be used to synthesize indolinospiropiperidine,indolinospiropyrrolidine and other compounds.
