摘 要:结合产业集群与协同创新理论,给出协同创新在我国煤炭产业升级中具有正向调节作用;基于我国煤炭产业升级现状,凝练提出我国煤炭产业升级中实施协同创新存在煤化工和深加工关键技术自主研发问题、大型煤炭基地建设发展中的废弃物回收问题以及产业整合过程中多主体协同问题;分析了我国煤炭产业升级中的协同创新保障路径:构建分层协同体系,形成协同创新网络,融合循环经济园区构建生态型煤炭基地,创建协同创新平台突破煤化工、煤炭深加工和循环经济技术难题;最后提出了政策建议。This paper, combining industrial dusters with collaborative innovation theory, gives that collaborative innovation has a positive regulatory role in the upgrading of Chinese coal industry. Based on the status of Chinese coal industry upgra- ding, it analyzes and points out the problems of implementing collaborative innovation in the upgrading of Chinese Coal in- dustry are the key technologies innovation problem of Coal chemical and coal deep-processing industries, waste recycling in the development of large-scale coal bases, as well as multi-agents collaborative problem in industry consolidation process. Based on the problems and the collaborative innovation theory, it provides the implementing guarantee of collaborative inno- vation in the upgrading of Chinese coal industry: build hierarchical collaborative system to format the collaborative innovation networks; integrate the circular economy park to build eco-coal bases; create collaborative innovation platform break through the coal chemical, coal deep processing and circulation economic technical problems. Finally it makes policy recommendations.
