基于SEM模型的住院病人满意度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过文献研究,选择了26个可能影响住院病人满意度的指标,通过因子分析,将26个影响指标归类为5个内涵维度,即病人看病方便程度、服务态度、医德医风、告知义务履行情况和医疗环境。通过结构方程模型(SEM)验证了5维度的合理性;最后通过结构方程模型和回归分析研究了5维度影响因素对住院病人满意度的影响程度,结果显示:服务态度、医德医风、告知义务履行情况和医疗环境对住院病人满意度有显著影响。This paper, through the literature research, chose the 26 May affect inpatients satisfaction indicators, through factor analysis, the 26 impact index is classified as five dimensions, namely the patients convenience, service attitude, and inform obligation fulfillment situation of medical ethics and medical environment, it further verified by structural equation 5 dimensions of rationality ; At last, through SEM and regression analysis to study the influences on hospital patient satisfaction of five dimensions, the result shows that the service attitude, and inform obligation fulfilhnent situation of medical ethics and medical environment has a significant influence on hospital patient satisfaction.
