摘　　要：目的观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐对不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)以及可溶性细胞凋亡因子Fas(sFas)的影响。方法将124例UAP患者随机分为2组。对照组62例予西医常规治疗,治疗组62例在对照组治疗基础上加用注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗。2组均14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油用量及治疗前后血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α及sFas水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率87.10%,对照组总有效率75.81%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、发作间隔及持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组硝酸甘油日均用量均减少(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后硝酸甘油日均用量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、sFas与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、sFas比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论注射液用丹参多酚酸盐治疗UAP疗效确切,且能够抑制炎症反应和细胞凋亡。Objective To observe the effect of salvianolate injection on plasma high -sensitivity c-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） and tumor necrosis factor （ TNF-α） and soluble cell apoptosis factor （ sFas） in unstable angina patients（UAP）.Methods 124 patients with UAP were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group of 62 cases received conventional western medicine treatment ,62 cases in the treatment group received salvianolate on the basis of control group treatment .14 days was as a period of treatment .The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses . The changes of hs -CRP,TNF-αlpha and sFas,anginal frequency and nitroglycerin consumption were observed .Re-sults The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.10%.The total effective rate in control group was 75.81%. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P〈0.05）.Angina attack frequency, episodes interval and duration in treatment group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The daily average volume of nitroglycerin in two groups was decreased （P〈0.05）,the average daily dosage of nitroglycerin in treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand sFas after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group （P〈0.05）.There was significant differ-ence between two groups on the levels of hs -CRP,TNF-αand sFas after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salvianolate injection can inhibit inflammatory reaction and apoptosis in the treatment of unstable angina patients .
