通心络胶囊对冠状动脉慢血流患者脑循环的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊对冠状动脉(以下简称冠脉)慢血流(CSF)患者脑循环的影响,间接探讨其对冠脉慢血流的疗效。方法将55例CSF患者在冠脉造影术后开始服用通心络胶囊,共服用3个月。分别检查服药前后患者基础临床情况、经颅多普勒彩超大脑中动脉和基底动脉血流速度及内皮功能。结果服药3个月后,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)较用药前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左、右大脑中动脉、基底动脉血流速度较前明显改善(P<0.05)。血流介导的血管舒张程度较用药前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可明显改善冠脉慢血流患者脑循环血流速度,改善血管内皮功能,间接表明通心络胶囊可能改善CSF患者的冠脉血流速度。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the cerebral flow velocity in pa-tients with coronary slow flow （ CSF） and assess the efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule on SCF indirectly .Methods A total of 55 patients suffering from chest pain with coronary angiography proven SCF constituted the study group .The average peak systolic and diastolic and mean flow velocities of the middle cerebral artery and basilar artery were meas -ured,and recorded by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and diastolic function of humeral arteries were measured 24 hours after the angiography .At the same time,the patients were taken Tongxinluo capsule 4 pills tid.The cerebral circulation and the diastolic function of humeral arteries were measured again after 3 months later;both recorders be-fore and after treatment were compared with each other .Results After treatment with tongxinluo for 3 months,both right and left middle cerebral and basilar artery peak systolic ,end diastolic and mean flow velocities were significantly faster than that before treatment , the flow-mediated dilation was significantly increased .Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve cerebral circulation in patients with slow coronary flow ,it may be proved that tongx-inluo can improve the coronary flow velocities in patients with slow coronary flow ,improve vascular endothelial func-tion,it can improved that coronary flow velocity in patients with slow coronary flow.
