丁苯树脂/SAN透明合金的制备

摘　　要：通过熔融共混法制备了苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物[丁苯(SB)树脂]/苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)透明合金。根据SB树脂和SAN在丙酮中溶解速率的不同,选择丙酮作刻蚀剂,控制刻蚀时间,观测合金中两相结构的变化,发现刻蚀10 min效果最佳。添加甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝SB树脂(SB-g-GMA)相容剂后,SB树脂和SAN的相容性得到改善。当m(SB)/m(SAN)为15∶85,w(SB-g-GMA)为3%时,综合性能最好:与未加相容剂相比,拉伸强度提高6.08%,冲击强度提高25.72%,透光率提高0.92%;与纯SAN相比,拉伸强度降低7.01%,冲击强度提高32.44%,透光率降低3.33%。Styrene-butadiene copolymer（SB resin）/styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer（SAN） alloys were pre-pared by means of melt blending. Because of different dissolution speeds of SB resin and SAN in acetone, acetone was selected as etching agent. The changes of two phase structure were observed by controlling the etching time and the best etching time was ten minutes. The compatibility of SB resin and SAN was improved after adding the home-made glycidyl methacrylate grafted SB resin（SB-g-GMA） compatilizer. When the mass rat io of SB resin to SAN was 15∶85, w（SB-g-GMA） was 3%, the comprehensive performance of the alloys reached the best.The tensile strength, impact strength and transmittance were increased by 6.08%, 25.72% and 0.92% respectively compared with those of the alloys without compatilizer. The tensile strength and transmittance were decreased by 7.01% and 3.33%, and the impact strength was increased by 32.44% compared with those of the pure SAN.
