杜仲多糖对三黄鸡免疫应答的佐剂作用

摘　　要：为研究杜仲多糖(EOP)对家禽免疫应答的影响,将120只1日龄三黄鸡随机分成A、B、C、D4组,分别接种含有0、2、5、8mg/mL EOP的新城疫和禽流感疫苗,检测相关免疫指标的变化。结果显示,添加8mg/mL EOP能显著提高三黄鸡新城疫和禽流感抗体水平、T淋巴细胞含量和白细胞吞噬指数(P<0.05),但对三黄鸡免疫器官指数、血清IgG含量影响不大(P>0.05)。可见,EOP对疫苗免疫具有佐剂作用,且EOP的添加量与其佐剂效果有一定的相关性。The present study was aimed to investigate the effects of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv . Polysaccharide（EOP） on immune response of avain .120 1-day-old Sanhuang broilers were ran-domly divided into A ,B ,C and D four groups .The four groups were subsequently inoculated with Newcasttle disease and Avain influenza vaccines supplemented with 0 ,2 ,5 ,8 mg/mL doses of EOP respectively ,and the associated immune parameters were detected .The results indicated that the HI antibody tieters of Newcasttle disease and Avain influenza ,percentage of T lymphocytes and phagocytic index of white blood cells of group D were significantly elevated （P〈0 .05）owing to the EOP addition ,whereas the immune organ index and serum IgG content were not affected . It can be inferred that EOP had adjuvant effect on vaccine inoculation and there was some dose-effect relationship between them .
