摘  要:以粘度为2 000 Pa·s的α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和十六烷基改性硅油(CMSO)为原料,非离子复配表面活性剂为乳化剂,采用机械乳化法制备小粒径高粘度硅油乳液,分析了乳化剂和十六烷基改性硅油用量、乳化方法、乳化时间以及搅拌速度对乳液粒径及分布的影响.结果表明,当CMSO用量为30%,乳化剂用量为10%,乳化时间为50 min,搅拌速度为1 500 r/min时,高剪切正相法制得乳白色至蓝白色高粘度硅油乳液,含固量为30%、平均粒径D50为257.7 nm.The emulsion of high-viscosity silicone oil with small particle diameter was successively pre- pared using a,ω-dihydroxy poly(dimethyl siloxane) with viscosity of 2 000 Pa.s and cetyl-modified silicone oil (CMSO) as raw materials and compound of the non-ionic surfactant as the emulsifier through mechanical emulsification method. The effects of the amounts of emulsifier and CMSO, emulsifying method, emulsifica- tion time and stirring speed on the particle diameter and distribution of the prepared emulsion were dis- cussed. The results showed that the average particle diameter (D50) of prepared high viscosity silicone oil with milky white to blue white color using high shear normal phase method was 257.7 nm, and the percent of solid content was 30% when CMSO amount was 30%, emulsifier amount was 10%, emulsification time was 50 min and stirring speed was 1 500 r/min.
