摘　　要：在阳/非离子复配型表面活性剂和水溶性引发剂的作用下,将全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯(FA)、甲基丙烯酸十二醇酯(LMA)、乙烯基硅油(Vi-Si)及功能性丙烯酸类单体(含—OH、氯等官能团)在水相乳液共聚,合成了长碳链有机硅改性氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液FLVA.用红外光谱(IR)对其结构进行了表征,用纳米粒度仪、ζ分析仪等对乳液的粒径分布、Zeta电位、静态接触角和物化性能等进行了测定.讨论了乳液用量、固化温度对织物拒水性的影响.结果表明:FLVA乳液粒径小、稳定性好,将其附着固化在涤纶织物上,可明显改善织物的拒水拒油性.In the presence of cationic/nonionic surfactants and water-soluble initiator, a long alkyl fluorinated polyacrylate （FLVA） emulsion modified by silicone was prepared by copolymerization of perfluoroalkyleth- yl acrylate （FA） with methyl ethyl lauryl alcohol acrylate （LMA）, vinyl silicone oil （Vi-Si） and functional acrylic monomers （including --OH, chlorine and other functional groups） in the aqueous medium. Its chemical struc- ture was characterized by means of infrared spectrum （IR）. The latex particle size distribution, Zeta potential, static contact angle, physical and chemical properties were measured by particle analyzer, Zeta potential mea- surement, static contact angle measurement instrument. The influences of emulsion dosage and curing tem- perature on the water repellency of fabric were discussed. The results showed that FLVA emulsion had small particle size, good stability, and the water and oil repellency of polyester fabric treated by FLVA were obvious- ly improved.
