摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸脲基酯(QM-1558)为功能单体,丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,通过半连续乳液聚合法制备含脲基丙烯酸酯改性的乳液型丙烯酸酯印花粘合剂,研究QM-1558加入方式以及用量对印花粘合剂性能的影响;利用DSC分析QM-1558对树脂Tg的影响.结果表明:在以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸为主要单体的配方中,脲基单体的加入不仅可以有效提高印花粘合剂的耐摩擦色牢度,而且能够提高印花胶的颜色展色性,用量3%(对单体总质量)较合适.The acrylate containing ureido modified emulsion type printing adhesive 'was synthesized through semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with methyl ureidoacrylate (QM-1558) as functional monomer, and acrylate as materials. The effects of adding style and amount of QM-1558 on properties of printing adhesive were studied and the effect of QM-1558 on Tg of resin was analyzed by DSC. The results showed that the rubbing fastness and color contrast properties of pigment printing adhensive were improved effectively by the addition of QM-1558 into the formulation with butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid as main monomers, and the color spread out property of printing paste could also be improved with 3%(owm) of dosage.
