纺织品耐汗渍色牢度的测定能力验证数据分析方法应用探讨

摘　　要：纺织品检测作为一个传统的检测项目,相关的能力验证较多,但在纺织品耐汗渍色牢度的测定能力验证方面可以借鉴的内容却十分少见。主要针对2011年国家认证认可监督管理委员会组织的CNCA-11-A07纺织品耐汗渍色牢度的测定能力验证工作的相关内容进行分析和总结,特别是针对纺织品耐汗渍色牢度的结果统计评定方法进行了讨论。通过对多方面比较和召开"纺织品耐汗渍色牢度的测定能力验证结果统计分析会",最终采用众数作为指定值的评价依据,确保了能力验证分析数据和评定结果的公平公正性。As a traditional test items, there are many proficiency testing in textile detection, but there is few sample in the textile color fastness to perspiration test. The proficiency testing method of textile color fastness to perspiration CNCA- 1 l-A07 organized by The Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People＇s Republic of china was analyzed and summed up. And analytical methods for the proficiency testing of color fastness to perspiration were specially discussed in detail. With the comparison of many analytical methods and convening the meeting ＂Statistical Analysis Conference to results of the Proficiency Testing of Textile Color Fastness to Perspiration＂ , modes were used as the basis of statistics to make sure the fairness of proficiency testing.
