摘 要:对复杂机械系统的运动可靠性分析还没有形成一个成熟的理论体系。以某大型多级缸起竖系统为例,提出了一种采用可视化仿真技术来分析系统运动可靠性的新方法。以统一的油缸负载函数为起点,一方面从系统受力分析入手,推导负载的起竖角度函数;另一方面从系统几何学建模入手,推导出液压油缸的起竖角度和展长函数。以这两个函数分别驱动负载和液压油缸的运动,在此基础上进行了可视化建模和仿真。仿真结果证明:此方法能够从视觉尺度和数学尺度两方面来验证系统的运动可靠性。There is no systemic theory in kinetic reliability analysis for complicated hydraulic system. With a sample of hydrau-lic-driven erecting system with multi-stage cylinder,a new method for kinetic reliability analysis with the visible simulation technique was advanced. Based on a same loading function,the mechanical analysis for the system was done,and the erecting angle function of burden was deduced. On the other hand,the geometric modelling for the system was researched,and the erecting angle and the journey function were given. Then,the visible modeling and simulation of this multi-stage cylinder system were made. At last,the burden and cylinder system were driven by these two functions. The simulation result proves that the kinetic reliability can be validated from the vi-sion measure and mathematics measure by this method.
