摘  要:采用显微图像分析方法,对车筒竹(Bambusa sinospinosa)主要解剖特征进行了研究。结果表明,车筒竹薄壁细胞、纤维、导管和筛管比量分别为65.7%、29.3%、4.6%和1.4%。纤维直径、双壁厚、腔径和长度分别为20.999、6.186、14.868μm和1 686.100μm,纤维长宽比、壁腔比和腔径比分别为80.509、0.416和0.708。维管束径向直径和弦向直径分别为710.170μm和742.44μm,维管束密度为1.056个·mm-2。In order to improve the levels of high value-added processing and utilizing management for Bambusa sinospinosa,the main anatomical characteristics of the bamboo plants were studied by microscopic image analysis method.The results showed that the proportions of parenchyma,fiber,vessel and sieve tube were 65.7%,29.3%,4.6% and 1.4%,respectively.The average values of fiber width,double-wall thickness,lumen diameter,length,length-width ratio,double-wall thickness-diameter ratio and lumen diameterwidth ratio were 20.999,6.186,14.868,1 686.100μm,80.509,0.416,and 0.708,respectively.The radial width,tangential width and frequency of vascular bundle were 710.170μm,742.441μm,and 1.056N· mm-2,respectively.
