摘 要:废旧橡胶制品是橡胶制品老化、磨损、报废后产生的固体废弃物,其中含有大量可循环利用的有价资源。大规模报废的橡胶制品处理不当,会引发一系列环境问题。通过资源化利用,减少橡胶废弃物的产生,提高废旧橡胶和其他相关资源的循环利用率,已经成为橡胶制造业和环保领域的研究热点。结合废旧橡胶制品资源化利用特性,对近年来国内外典型的物理、化学和生物处理方法的原理及研究进展进行综述。根据资源化利用的实际需求,对未来该领域的研究与发展提出了建议。Waste rubber product, a kind of solid waste generated after rubber product's aging, wearing, tea- ring, and scraping, contains large amounts of recyclable resources. Unproper scraping of massive rubber product will lead to a series of environmental problems. Resource utilization reduces rubber waste and improves the cyclic utilization rate of waste rubber and other related resources, which has become a research hotspot in the fields of rubber manufacturing industry and environmental protection. In consideration of the waste rubber productst characteristics of resource utilization, the mechanism of typical physical, chemical and biological processing methods at home and abroad and the research advance in recently years are reviewed. Based on the actual needs of resource utilization, a few of suggestions on the future research and development in this field are put forward.
