摘 要:采用共混法和相分离法制备了纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)和聚酰胺(PA66)复合支架材料。nHA在PA66基质中分布均匀。复合支架材料孔径50~500μm,孔隙率为80.9%。将乙烯-醋酸乙烯脂(EVA)通过热注塑方法在支架材料表面涂覆形成双层结构的软骨及骨一体化修复材料,EVA层用于软骨修复,下层nHA-PA66支架进行缺损骨修复和固定。EVA和nHA-PA66的力学性能测试显示,EVA的拉伸和压缩模量分别为(0.87±0.02)MPa和(9.44±0.46)MPa,多孔支架的压缩强度和模量分别为(0.9±0.02)MPa和(15.2±0.69)MPa。摩擦测试结果表明,EVA摩擦系数为0.23。The scaffolds made from polyamide66 (PA66) and nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) were prepared,in which nHA crystals were uniformly distributed in PA66 matrix.The porosity of the nHA-PA66 scaffold is about 80.9%,and the pore size is from 50 μm to 500 μm.The ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) layer was thermally molded on one surface of the scaffold to develop doubled layer of EVA/nHA-PA66 for articular cartilage/bone substitute.The mechanical and physicochemical properties of EVA and scaffolds were also investigated by XRD,FTIR and SEM.The results indicate that the tensile and compressive modulus of EVA is about (0.87 ±0.02) MPa and (9.44 ±0.46) MPa respectively,while its mean friction coefficient is very small,only about 0.23.The compressive strength and modulus of nHA-PA66 scaffolds were (0.9 ±0.02) MPa and (15.2 ±0.69) MPa.
